This newly completed Studio Apartment with a King-Size bed is finished to a very high standard and has been thoughtfully designed to provide boutique self-catering of a high standard at an affordable price. The vaulted ceiling and open layout, under floor heating, attention to detail and stunning views of Loch Snizort offer a unique opportunity for an idyllic holiday for one or two people and ideal for a honeymoon. It is suitable for disabled visitors. There is no extra charge for heating, bed linen and towels.

Fitted with quality units and real wood worktop, the kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and oven with an extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board. Good quality crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment and utensils are supplied. Ceramic wall tiles and sandstone floor tiles are in keeping with the décor. The view from the kitchen window should make washing up a pleasure! Eco cleaning products are supplied. A table and dining chairs are located adjacent the kitchen.

Two comfortable swivel chairs are the main feature in the welcoming lounge area and are carefully positioned to make full use of the large picture window giving an expansive, uninterrupted view over Loch Snizort Beag to the Outer Hebrides on the horizon. Various lighting options are provided to aid relaxation.

A TV with DVD player and a Hifi system with CD player, radio, ipod dock and mp3 connection are installed and wireless broadband is available. To give a choice of indoor entertainment there is a selection of DVDs and CDs, books, board games and jigsaws.

The King-sized bed with superior mattress and quality bedding await guests at the end of the day to offer the potential of a good night's sleep. A fitted wardrobe with ample storage, bedside cabinet and wall-fitted reading lamps complete the restful effect.

The sitting and sleeping areas have birch wood flooring.

The spacious shower room, with porcelain wall and floor tiles, is particularly striking - comprising toilet, wash hand basin and walk-in shower with large rainfall shower. Dimmer lighting, large mirror and fine towels complement the elegant look.

There is a small courtyard in front of Studio 1 with a private seating area looking towards the loch as well as use of a flower garden where there is a BBQ and garden furniture.
